We are the “FUN” Paint Party!

COCKTAILS & CANVAS

Public Paint Parties are held at our regular venues and are open to the public.  We also offer private Cocktails & Canvas parties at your location, or ours.  These evening events are typically 2 1/2 – 3 hours long and include a 16×20 canvas, table cloths, easels,  paint brushes, step by step instructions,  and clean up.  No experience necessary!  These are BYOB events and the cost is typically $30.00 per person depending on the surface being used. A $10.00 deposit is required to hold your seat (refundable if cancelled within at least 24 hours of the event date).  We can host large and small numbers of people with a 5 person minimum and 40 person maximum.  Check our Calendar for up coming events or find us on Facebook @Gail Tefft Artz ADP

COFFEE & CANVAS

PRIVATE EVENTS

If you would like a private Paint Party for your friends or family, Gail offers daytime or evening classes for 2 – 40 people at her location or yours.  Creating together is a great way to bring you closer together and build memories.  No painting experience is necessary!  A $50.00 deposit is required to hold the date on Gail’s calendar (refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the event date).  Each event is customized to your needs and we will be glad to walk you through the process.  You pick the painting and where you want to hold the event, or we can provide the space and choose the painting to be completed.  All class materials are provided including table cloths, easels, canvas, brushes, and step by step instructions. Cost is $30.00 per person for a 2 1/2 – 3 hour class subject to change according to the surface being used.  The hostess paints for free when your group is 10 or more people (not including the hostess.)  Contact Gail at paint@gailtefftartz.com to discuss plans for your event.

TEAM-BUILDING

We also offer private paint parties for any size group (from 5 – 40 people) looking to strengthen their working relationships.  This is a great way for businesses and organizations to help their new workers or volunteers to get to know each other in a fun, social atmosphere. No experience is necessary, so it’s a great team-building exercise for any group!  A  $50.00 deposit is required to hold the date on Gail’s calendar (refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the event date).  Each event is customized to your needs and we will be glad to walk you through the process.  You pick the painting and where you want to hold the event or we can provide the space and choose the painting to be completed.  All class materials are provided, including table cloths, easels, canvas, brushes, and step by step instructions. FUNDRAISERS

Paint parties are a great way to raise money for charities, benefits, and other causes.  The organizer will receive a portion of each ticket sold.  A deposit of $50.00 holds the date on Gail’s calendar (refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the event date).  Book in advance to get the word out and bring more supporters in.  We can handle up to 40 participants (a minimum of 15) for these 2 1/2 – 3 hour classes.  You pick the painting and venue or we can handle this for you.  Each fundraiser event is handled on an individual basis and we will be glad to walk you through the process.  Contact Gail at paint@gailtefftartz.com to discuss plans for your event.

PUNCH & PAINT / MOMMY & ME

This is the kids’ version of our Paint Parties and can be either public or private events.  Although we call them “Mommy & Me” events, dads or grandparents are welcome to participate with their kids!  Events are typically 2 1/2 – 3 hours long and include  canvases, table cloths, easels,  paint brushes,  step by step instructions,  and clean up.  No painting experience is necessary and Gail will gear the painting and instruction to the interests and abilities of the age group you are planning for.  The cost is typically $30.00 per child, depending on the surface being used, with a $10.00 deposit required to hold the child’s seat (refundable if cancelled within at least 24 hours of the event date). WHEN ARE THE FUN PAINT PARTIES?

Gail offers Paint Parties on weeknights, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Our public parties are held on Saturdays from 3:00-6:00 pm at Hatched in Franklin, PA.

New paintings are being developed all the time!  Check the gallery for all of the fun painting options, but keep in mind that they are sometimes slightly updated or edited for teaching time.  Gail’s paintings are usually done in acrylic on canvas, and sometimes on other surfaces such as wine glasses, wood, or slate.
